2. Start with setting objectives.
3. Create story board first and organise information using mind map.
4. Identify suitability of background and foreground

Mind Map
1. fill colour - fill effect - gradient - colour, 2 colours - shading style
2. Connector - autoshapes - pick then click objects to connect - shadow arrow - click arrow - chose shadow
Background setting
1. View - slide master - insert photo to use as background - send picture to back - set picture to washout colour - close master view
Slide show
1. slide show - custom animation - group objects by clicking and numbering - choose animation, speed, type, directions.
2. Dim - custom animation - add effect - entrance - emphasis - pick effect
Hyperlink
1. highlight text - right click - hyperlink - place in this document - click chosen page.
2. slide show in menu bar - animation scheme - colour scheme - edit colour scheme - accent and hyperlink - change colour - apply
3. click image/item/photos/text to be hyperlinked - right click - hyperlink - select address/location - apply
Slide transition
1. slide show at menu bar - slide transition - pick transition style - apply to all slides
PPS format
1. save as - pps extension
Pack and Go
1. File in menu bar - pack and go - follow the steps
Action button
1. View - slide master - autoshape - action button - pick anything desired - click image/item/photos/text to be hyperlinked - right click - hyperlink - select address/location - apply
Fonts
1. Tool on menu bar - options - save - tick embed TrueType fonts - click Embed all characters (best for editing by others) - ok
Header & Footer
1. View on menu bar - header and footer - click and set anything that applies - dates if autoupdate box is not checked will remain constant - apply to all
